Updated over 5 months ago

1. ๐Ÿ“‰ My Ad Account Is Missing from the Facebook Business Manager

If you canโ€™t find your ad account, follow these 3 steps:

๐Ÿ†•For Recently Created Ad Accounts

  1. Log In: Make sure youโ€™re logged in with a full control account (e.g., admin) and not a partial access account (e.g., employee).

  2. Access Settings: If using a partial access account, provide access in the settings of the full control account.

  3. Check Business Manager: Ensure you're using the same Business Manager as when you requested the ad account.

๐Ÿ—๏ธFor Older Ad Accounts

Reconnect: Your account might be disconnected. Use the website messenger in the bottom right corner to create a Reconnect Ad Account ticket. (See the Create Support Tickets article for guidance.)

2. โž• How Can I Add the Ad Account to My Meta Business Manager?

Once you request a new ad account through LOTT, it will be automatically added to the specified Business Manager. There is no need for manual addition; the process is seamless and handled by LOTT.

3. ๐Ÿ” How Do I Find My LOTT Ad Account ID?

LOTT operates using ad account names rather than IDs. You can easily locate your ad account name in the LOTT dashboard, which you will use for managing your campaigns.

4. ๐Ÿ”ง Troubleshooting issue "No Payment Access for Your Role"

If you see a "No payment access for your role" message, try logging in with a new profile. This usually resolves the issue.

If your campaigns show a 'delivery error' and are disabled, hereโ€™s how to resolve it:

Turn the Campaign Back On

  • Go to Ads Manager and toggle the campaign back on.

  • This may fix the issue quickly.

Make a Small Adjustment

  • Pick the ad with the lowest performance in the campaign.

  • Change something small, like the ad text, image, or targeting.

Publish the Ad

  • After making changes, publish the ad to restart it.

  • The ad will re-enter the learning phase, giving it another chance to deliver.
