Adding balance to your LOTT Wallet
To add funds to your LOTT Wallet, follow these steps:
Go to Wallet β Open the Wallet page in your LOTT dashboard.
Enter the amount β Specify how much you want to add.
Click "+ Add Balance" to confirm.
Make a bank transfer β Send the payment and include the reference number:
Dash-separated format: (e.g., 04578-000185)
Short format: (e.g., 000185)

Balance is instantly added to your Wallet once the payment is received.
Ensure the payment reference ID is correct for faster processing.
You can check processing times with your bank or payment processor.

Requesting a top-up for your ad account
Once your Wallet has funds, you can request a top-up for your ad account:
Go to Ad Accounts β Open the Ad Accounts page in your dashboard.
Click "Request Top-Up" β Enter the amount to transfer from your Wallet.
Confirm your request.

Some ad accounts receive instant top-ups.
Other ad accounts are topped up in scheduled rounds:
Weekdays: 7 AM, 11 AM, 3 PM (CET)
βWeekends: 10 AM, 2 PM, 5 PM (CET)In some cases, additional rounds are available until 20:00 CET.
Checking your top-up status
Once your top-up request is processed, you will receive a notification:
β Automatic top-ups β A notification appears in the dashboard when complete.
β Manual top-ups β Once processed, the top-up appears in Wallet > Top-Ups, and youβll receive a WhatsApp confirmation.
Viewing your remaining balance
To check your current balance:
Go to the Facebook Billing Hub.
Select your account and click "View Details" to see your balance.

LOTT Wallet β Instant or within 10 minutes if the reference number is correct.
Without a reference number β May take up to 1 business day.
Advertising account top-ups β Usually processed within a few hours, but in rare cases, it may take longer.

Your reference number ensures fast payment processing. If lost, retrieve it as follows:
Go to Invoices β Open the Invoices tab.
Sort by date and open the latest invoice.
Find your Invoice ID (top-left corner).
Check the screenshot example on how to find your payment reference number.

Do I need to pay VAT on LOTT services?
No, VAT is not applied to LOTT services. You will only be charged for:
The top-up fee
Any applicable monthly subscription fees
Currency conversion
If you top up in a different currency (e.g., EUR to USD):
You can convert the balance directly in the Wallet page.
A 0.5% conversion fee applies.
Moving balance between accounts
To transfer funds from one advertising account to another:
Create a "Move Ad Account Balance" support ticket.
Transfers take approximately 48 hours.
Canceling a top-up request
If you need to cancel a top-up, contact Support with:
The advertising account name
The amount requested
If the top-up has already been processed, you can request a balance transfer instead.
Top-up approved but not showing?
If your top-up is approved but the funds do not appear, Meta may be delaying the update.
Wait for the funds to reflect, but if it takes too long, contact Support.
Do we accept Airwallex transfers?
Yes, Airwallex transfers are accepted for USD transactions.
Use the transfer details provided during the top-up process.
